Automyro (“Automyro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides bespoke Autonomous Systems Architecture, AI voice receptionists, speed-to-lead workflow pipelines, and enterprise automation infrastructure. We operate the website located at automyro.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect personal data when you visit our website, interact with our interactive live AI text concierge or live AI voice call systems, submit contact or booking forms, or engage our automation services.

Regional Geolocation: Non-granular country/region identification derived in real-time from standard CDN headers (/api/geo) to display relevant localized currency and regional examples (e.g. NOK vs. GBP). We do not store persistent visitor IP addresses in user databases.
System Logs: Aggregated rate-limiting counters, browser user-agent tokens, and request timestamps to prevent denial-of-service abuse.
03. Live AI Voice & Audio Processing Privacy
Automyro provides a real-time Live AI Voice Call demonstration on our website. We maintain strict privacy and data hygiene standards for this service:
In-Memory Audio Processing
Microphone audio captured during an active call is streamed securely via TLS to our server-side Speech-to-Text (STT) pipeline powered by Groq Whisper (whisper-large-v3-turbo) and OpenAI Whisper. Audio chunks are processed transiently in memory solely to generate immediate text transcripts.
No Permanent Voice Storage
Automyro does NOT record, save, archive, or retain user audio files on server disks or databases. Once the audio chunk is transcribed into text, the raw audio memory buffer is immediately released.
Text-to-Speech (TTS) Synthesis
Spoken replies are synthesized dynamically using ElevenLabs API (eleven_turbo_v2_5) or OpenAI TTS fallback, streamed directly to your browser for real-time audio playback.
Strict No-Training Policy
Neither your microphone audio recordings nor conversational text transcripts are utilized by Automyro or our configured enterprise API partners to train public machine learning foundational models.
04. UK GDPR Lawful Bases for Processing
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, we process your personal data under the following lawful bases:
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR): When you explicitly grant browser microphone access to test the Live AI Voice Call engine, or opt in to direct communications. You may revoke microphone permission at any time in your browser settings.
Contractual / Pre-Contractual Steps (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR): When you submit a booking request or project inquiry to evaluate or engage Automyro’s automation engineering services.
Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): To operate, secure, and monitor the performance of our website, prevent denial-of-service or automated abuse, and provide high-availability infrastructure.
05. Third-Party Service Providers & Data Processors
We only share data with carefully vetted third-party subprocessors who adhere to rigorous security standards and data protection legislation:
Hosting & Edge Delivery: Netlify Inc. (web application hosting, CDN, and serverless edge functions).
Speech-to-Text (STT) & LLM Inference: Groq Inc. (fast real-time Llama-3 inference and Whisper transcription) and OpenAI LLC (fallback inference and transcription).
Voice Synthesis (TTS): ElevenLabs Inc. (dynamic text-to-speech audio stream generation).
06. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:
Live Voice & Chat Data: Audio streams and live conversation buffers are ephemeral and purged upon conclusion of the session or call teardown.
Contact & Booking Leads: Retained for the duration of the business relationship or up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you request earlier erasure.

Automyro implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures:
Full transport encryption (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) across all web traffic, API requests, and streaming sockets.
Strict server-side credential isolation (API keys and sensitive configuration variables are strictly inaccessible to the client browser).
Autonomous sliding-window rate limiting to prevent automated scraping and brute-force attacks.
